Investment Manager

Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join our team and lead our investment strategies in commercial real estate, with a focus on logistics and light industrial properties.

As an Investment Manager, you play a key role in acquiring and disposing of real estate (acquisition and disposition). In addition, you advise team members on strategic decisions by performing in-depth financial analyses.

Work:

  • Preparing investment proposals and reports, and presenting them to the team and other shareholders
  • Perform acquisition and disposition processes
  • Financial modeling of (dis)investment proposals
  • Preparation of forecasts for real estate financial statements and analysis of valuation models, return calculations and hold-sell analysis
  • Support the team on strategic issues
  • Analyze real estate proposals at both the macro and micro level
  • Supervising due diligence processes
  • Maintain databases of investment and development opportunities
  • Establishing and monitoring schedules and budgets
  • Ad-hoc answering questions and providing relevant information to board shareholders and partners

Prerequisites:

  • A completed education at at least college+ or university level
  • At least 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained at a real estate investor, real estate consultant, investment management organization or private equity fund
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, especially in logistics and industrial sectors
  • Well versed in finance and experience with financial modeling of investment proposals
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages

Sales Associate midcap/capital markets

Full-time

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Associate to support our investment team. In this role you will support us in identifying new opportunities in the logistics and industrial real estate market, with the aim of preparing our transactions.

As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for approaching investors and owner users (from SME to large business). This position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within commercial real estate, develop yourself in sales and communication, and contribute to the success of our team.

Work:

  • Contacting investors and owner users by phone to prepare for our investment team
  • Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete leads
  • Capture and track customer data and contact moments in our CRM system
  • Support the team in market analysis and identifying interesting locations
  • In time, follow along with appointments of real estate consultants and contribute to the further commercial process
  • Thinking along to improve our lead generation and outreach strategy

Profile:

  • You are pursuing a college or university degree, preferably with a commercial or real estate-related background
  • You have a demonstrable affinity for sales (experience is a plus)
  • You have strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic
  • You know how to recognize and seize commercial opportunities
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing
  • You are available at least 2 days a week (flexible scheduling on weekdays)

Working student/intern

Full-time/Part-time

We are looking for a proactive and inquisitive working student to support us in various real estate and project-related work. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the investment boutique firm's investment team and gain experience within transactions, property management and operations.

As a working student, you will be broadly employable and work on a variety of projects: from administrative support and document management to contact with external parties, project monitoring and optimizing internal processes. You will get a unique insight into the daily practice of a real estate company and the space to further develop yourself.

Work:

  • Support ongoing projects
  • Structuring documentation and maintaining overviews and action lists
  • Liaise with external parties (technical, brokers, lawyers, etc)
  • Thinking along about process improvement and working more efficiently
  • Follow up on action items and administrative work

Profile:

  • You are pursuing a college or university degree, preferably in real estate, architecture or business administration
  • You work accurately, structured and tackle tasks independently
  • You have an affinity for real estate and project-based work
  • You are flexible for a minimum of 3 days per week
  • You have communication skills and enjoy thinking with the team
